Set up time begins Friday October 9th, at 8am. All vehicles must be off the street by 11am.
Any late arrivals will have to walk their items in. No exceptions!
Vendor sales run 12:00-9:00 pm on Friday and 10:00 am to 6:00 pm on Saturday.
Vendor information will come via email in mid-September from scbigfootfestival@hotmail.com
Vendor Packet pick-up will be available Wednesday, Oct 7th for local pick-up on Main Street, Westminster, SC (times & location TBD).
NO VENDOR MAY SELL APPAREL THAT SAYS 2026, WESTMINSTER, FESTIVAL, SASQUAROLINA™, OR ANY COMBINATION OF THESE WORDS UNLESS FIRST APPROVED BY THE SC BIGFOOT FESTIVAL COMMITTEE. CRAFT VENDORS MAY NOT SELL FOOD OR DRINK .

$150 for 10x10
$250 for 10x20
$350 for 10x30
+ additional fee for electricity
Max of 20 food vendors.
