Set up time begins Thursday October 7th, at 5 pm for food trucks and trailers, 6 pm for all others. If you choose, you may set up Friday morning, but all vehicles must be off the street by 10:30 am.
Any late arrivals will have to walk their items in. No exceptions!
Vendor sales run 12:00 pm to 9:00 pm on Friday and 10:00 am to 6:00 pm on Saturday.

NO VENDOR MAY SELL APPAREL THAT SAYS 2027, WESTMINSTER,
BIGFOOT FESTIVAL, SASQUAROLINA™, OR ANY COMBINATION OF THESE WORDS UNLESS FIRST APPROVED BY THE SC BIGFOOT FESTIVAL COMMITTEE. CRAFT VENDORS MAY NOT SELL FOOD OR DRINK .

$150 for 10x10
$250 for 10x20
$350 for 10x30
+ additional fee for electricity
Max of 25 food vendors. We do limit foods by type so we do not have excessive BBQ, Lemonade, Coffee, etc. Menu variety as well as application date are considered.
